Ok, it's Monday again and I'm back at work with not a lot to do during the day again.
For breakfast I had roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds.  I've been kind of snacking on them all morning, so I wasn't really hungry for lunch, but I decided I needed to get the H - E - Double Hockey Sticks out of here or the day would seem endless.
